I "LOVE" my new deck!!! It's beautiful! The Scenic View Deck guys did such a fantastic job! They were so professional in their manner, and the job they did. All three of us are very happy with our deck and ramp. We have received many compliments on the appearance and quality of workmanship. The local building inspector was very impressed with the way it was built. In fact, he is building a deck himself and said that he liked the way the posts were attached to the deck and ramp and would do his the same way. He also said that it is very difficult to put the railing on a ramp, and they had done a beautiful job.
Most importantly of all, Brian is now able to go up and down the ramp to and from the garage safely and independently. He is extremely happy about that and wants you all to know how much he appreciates it.
Last, but not least, we want to mention that everyone at Scenic View Deck and Patio was very polite and helpful. Our phone calls were always returned promptly and our many questions were always answered to our satisfaction. Gene actually made three trips to our home to be sure he knew exactly what we wanted before the order was placed. Arcenio and Riccardo were very courteous and took time to answer questions of anyone who came in while they were working. They are both very hard workers and wasted no time in getting the job done. We felt very comfortable with them here. It seemed like we had known them for quite awhile.
We would definitely recommend Scenic View Deck and Patio to anyone who is thinking of adding a deck or ramp.

Our project must have been one of the most challenging any Porch & Deck company has ever undertaken. The project involved removing approximately 700 square feet of existing deck and adding about 1,000 square feet of new deck & porch with two stairways and many custom features. The porch roof line has a polygonal (5 sided) design and had to be integrated into our 80 year old house's existing roof line. There were many "obstacles" along the way that had to be navigated (such as avoiding an old septic tank). However, Scenic View’s crew worked around the obstacles and got the project finished as per the design and on schedule (about 5 weeks). We have had many compliments from our neighbors on the finished project, most notably that the new porch addition looks as if it was built when the house was built 80 years ago. Even the county inspector commented on the high quality of the construction.
I would highly recommend Scenic View Deck & Patio to anyone considering a new deck/porch.

Scenic View Deck & Patio, Inc. built a wonderful Ipe deck on the back of my house. They took the extra time to make sure every hole was drilled, countersunk and screwed in on my Ipe wood decking. Ipe is a very hard wood and it requires extra work to get things right. Arcenio and his crew took the time to do it right. Arcenio was very diligent to insure everything was level and properly installed. I learned that they had several years of experience building decks. This helped me to feel comfortable that my deck was being built correctly. In the end, I was very happy with the work on my deck. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting a deck or screened in porch built.

John and I wanted to take time to send a special thank you for our new front porch! It’s our “mini deck”. The way you and Arcenio designed it with the steps wide and at an angle, we have a perfect view of the bay and John can cook out while looking at the water. One of the first things I noticed was the detail around the posts. It may seem small to some but I’m used to seeing bare bottom posts and ours were neatly trimmed with molding….giving it a rich finished look. I liked that right away. Our local lumber yard offered your business card, along with two others. The first vendor never returned our call. The second measured our deck, offered selections such as pressure treated wood or TREX, but never followed up with a bid. You promptly returned our initial call, measured our deck, offered alternatives, and immediately provided a priced list of alternatives for us to consider. As we were going to replace an existing deck, the price of the alternative we chose could have doubled if the underlying structure was no longer sound. Within just a couple of days, you worked us into your schedule. The hammering was loud, as expected, but not accompanied by loud radios, keeping the neighbors a bit happier.
