Scenic View Deck & Patio, Inc. has come up with a new and innovative way to have your projects quoted. We can have a quote and agreement mailed to your home within 24hrs. All without scheduling appointments, meeting with sales people or leaving the comfort of your own home.

This is the way that it works:
Take some pictures of the proposed project area and fill out a questionnaire we provide. Once you have this information: email, fax or mail it to us. We will work up a quote and contract based on the information that you supplied and mail it to your home.

There is a non-refundable administrative fee. The fee will allow us to offer the lowest price possible and gives the flexibility to expedite your quote. Should you decide to have us complete your project we will arrange a time to finalize the agreement.

Deck Package #3 - $750.00 Porch Plans
Includes: a quote, a construction contract, two sets of deck building plans, two sets of porch building plans, the project drawn to scale on a survey, a list of material and a material quote

Paver Patio package #1 - $75.00
Includes: a quote and construction contract

Paver Patio Package #2 - $450.00
Includes: a quote, a construction contract, two sets of building plans, the project drawn to scale on a survey, a list of material and a material quote

Quotes and construction contracts are guaranteed to be delivered to you within 24 Hours and are valid for One Year. Please allow up to one week for deck and patio plans. Please allow up to two weeks for porch plans.

Information you should know:
1. We are available to visit a job site if additional information is required to complete the package requested.
2. Sub-contractors are licensed to perform specific trades and may be required for your project.
3. Investors and commercial builders are welcome to receive a quote in the same manner.
